Payment Terms

Payments made on the subscription section of this website relate to a specific subscription term and except as set out below cancellations or refunds are not permitted prior to the end of this term.

Although we try to ensure that all prices quoted online are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your subscription, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your subscription at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the subscription as cancelled.

We reserve the right to update and change subscription prices from time to time.

Delivery

Except as noted below, we will deliver the magazines to the email address and/or postal address you notify to us when you complete your subscription order. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect email or postal address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed emails and envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you if they are returned to us. 

Please notify us of any change of address by sending an email to subscriptions@beyondprofitmag.com.

Although we try to deliver the magazines to as many locations as possible, there may be certain locations that are not logistically feasible to reach. In such a case we will inform you as soon as possible in order to obtain an alternate address or revise the subscription cost. If we are unable to contact you or reach a mutually agreeable solution your subscription will be cancelled and we will refund you in full for any subscription payments already received.

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:

  1. where you do not provide us with a correct up to date address or where we are unable to deliver to the address you have provided to us;
  2. where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us;
  3. where we do not receive your payment check or your bank refuses to honor your check; or
  4. where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links (including the World Wide Web), computer viruses or other computer failure, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, act or terrorism, legislative constraints, strikes, labor disputes or malicious damage involving employees.

Right to Refuse Subscription Orders

We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel subscription orders in the following circumstances:

  1. obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price;
  2. we are unable to deliver to the address you have provided to us and an alternate address or solution is not agreed;
  3. we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card; or
  4. we do not receive your payment check within a reasonable time period or your bank refuses to honor your check.
